Job Description:
1. Responsible for the fermentation experiment of the company's products, including formulating experimental plans, such as fermentation process small test and pilot scale-up research methods. The microorganisms involved include Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Streptomyces, etc.;
2. Carry out fermentation experiments, such as aseptic operation, fermentation tank operation, fermentation process monitoring, and fermentation process optimization;
3. Check the literature in the field of fermentation engineering, keep up with the latest technology, and summarize;
4. According to the progress of the project, complete the work content on time, organize and analyze the experimental results, and timely feedback the work results and problems encountered to the project leader;
5. Comply with the company system and maintain related equipment.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree, majors in bioengineering, fermentation engineering, relevant theoretical knowledge of molecular biology, biochemistry, microbiology, genetic engineering; familiar with bioengineering, metabolic engineering, fermentation engineering, etc.; have experience in fermentation process amplification priority.
2. Able to work independently and solve problems;
3. Serious and responsible, careful and practical, good experimental operation habits, teamwork spirit, acceptable for business trips and night shifts;
